My career spans more than 33 years in B2B sales and marketing, including 17 years in the insurance industry and founding, growing, and selling a national marketing communications firm.

Having personally navigated the sale of my own business, I understand the importance of confidentiality, timing, and finding the right fit. Today, I focus exclusively on off-market insurance agency introductions, connecting agency owners with carefully selected buyers when there is a strong strategic and cultural match.

I live in Celina, Texas, with my wife, Lisa. We've been blessed to raise three wonderful children.
